Members

Bookings can currently only be taken in person at the reception desk or via the telephone. If booking over the phone members must communicate their Membership Number. Bookings will not be taken without this.

Adult Members may book up to 14 days in advance with a maximum of one court for 1.5 hours per booking. Junior Members may book up to 7 days in advance with a maximum of one court for 1 hour per booking. ALL Haileybury Members have up to 48 hours advance booking and may book a maximum of one court for 1 hour per booking.

Extended bookings may be made for league, ladder, LTA ratings, tournaments, club matches or a special event with the consent of the management.

Members and non-members must validate their court booking at reception prior to going onto the tennis courts.

Members may use a vacant court only once they have signed in at reception and booked the court.

If a member/non member no longer requires the court they have booked they must give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel a court booking will result in a cancellation fee of £15. Persistent late cancellations or no shows may result in members having their booking rights suspended at the management’s discretion.

If a member/non-member does not turn up within 15 minutes of their allotted booking the no show fee of £15 will be charged and another member will be permitted to take the court.

Non Members and Guests

Non-members must sign in at reception on arrival.
 
All playing non-members will be required to pay the relevant visitors fees unless they present a valid "Free Guest" card. Members may host a maximum of 3 non-members at one time and must accompany them at all times.

Members may not book courts for non-members to use without them.
 
No individual person shall use the playing facility as a member’s guest more than three times in one year.

Non-members wishing to use the facility more than 3 times in a year may pay the "Pay & Play" fees.
 
Non-members must abide by the rules set for club members.
